1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TARZ ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using TARZ's particular services (such as the Global Feed, Arena Contests, Castings, and Starz Token Ecosystem), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of TARZ, including the ability to upload portfolios, enter the TARZ Arena, and interact with the Community, you must create an account via supported Single Sign-On providers (Google, Facebook) or email registration.

You must provide accurate information. TARZ uses a proprietary Skeuomorphic Ranking Engine to maintain platform integrity, but does not independently verify the identities of its users (despite aiming for high trust). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are liable for all activities on your account. We treat any failure to observe this condition as a material breach of our terms.

3. Content Guidelines and Rights

When you upload photography, modeling media, or text ("User Content") to the Platform, you retain the underlying copyright to your creations. However, by uploading, you grant TARZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, utilize, display, and distribute this User Content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

You explicitly guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to all media uploaded and have obtained model releases where applicable. TARZ reserves the absolute right to remove any User Content, including portfolios or Arena submissions, that violates these terms or any standard of decency, without prior warning or compensation.

4. The STARZ Token Economy

STARZ tokens are internal platform utility credits utilized exclusively within the TARZ ecosystem.

• Uploading media to your portfolio requires an expenditure of STARZ tokens.
• Receiving validated community votes regenerates STARZ.
• Entry into the TARZ Arena requires a wager of STARZ. The prize pool is distributed to the winner according to the specific arena regulations.

STARZ tokens hold no real-world monetary value, represent no financial instrument, and cannot be withdrawn for fiat currency. We reserve the right to modify the balance, earning rate, and utility cost of STARZ tokens at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Booking and Gig Transactions

TARZ provides networking channels to connect creatives (Photographers, Models, Makeup Artists, and Stylists). Any ensuing agreements, 'TFP' (Trade for Portfolio) arrangements, or paid gigs arranged via TARZ are strictly private contracts between the users.

TARZ holds no liability for disputes, non-payment, unfulfilled briefs, or any damages arising from physical meetings or professional transactions that originated on this platform.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you invoke an account deletion, associated content pushed to decentralized ledgers will be anonymized to comply with GDPR as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
